Rudi is the founder of the Dirty Ranch concept and opened our first location in Herning, Denmark restaurant a little over 10 years ago. He is a trained chef with many years of experience in the industry. Currently, you can find Rudi in Pattaya, Thailand, where he is busy establishing and running our second Dirty Ranch Steakhouse restaurant.
Rune Hovedskov
Joint owner, Dirty Ranch Pattaya
Rune joined the team in Thailand as a part owner and has been a crucial figure in supporting the construction and establishment of our second Dirty Ranch Steakhouse, located in Pattaya. Rune is focused exclusively on the operations of Dirty Ranch Steakhouse Pattaya.
Trine Knudsen
Joint owner, Dirty Ranch Denmark & Pattaya
Trine, based in Denmark, plays a versatile role in the business. She oversees employee well-being, conflict resolution, and shift planning while continuing her career as an educator. Trine supports both the Danish and Thailand locations and frequently visits the Pattaya restaurant to assist with operations and ensure everything runs smoothly during busy periods.

Adam Messerli
Joint owner, Dirty Ranch Denmark & Pattaya
Based in Denmark, Adam oversees the overall business development and marketing for Dirty Ranch Steakhouse. He is responsible for operations, staff training, budgeting, and daily management. Adam regularly travels to the Pattaya location to ensure smooth operations and continued growth.

Open 7 days a week, from 8am to 12am. Kitchen closes everyday at 10:30pm.
