Dirty Ranch: From Humble Beginnings to a Global Adventure

Dirty Ranch started with just 500 DKK (approximately $75 USD) ten years ago in Herning, a small town in the Danish countryside. From these humble beginnings, it has grown into the go-to place for steaks – a truly unique restaurant built on dedication, courage, love, and deep friendship.

In 2025, Dirty Ranch Steakhouse opened its doors in Pattaya after a long period of planning and development. Here, we’ve created a space that reflects the raw and rustic essence of Dirty Ranch. We’ve crafted lamps from old sheep grates, tables from cast iron salvaged from an old ironworks, and decorations from a 200-year-old water wheel – and so much more. Every detail tells a story, honoring our roots while embracing the vibrant culture of Thailand.

Dirty Ranch is built with passion and purpose. We hope you can feel the love and care we, along with our friends, have poured into creating a truly unique restaurant.
